Graduation Ceremony

Date: Thursday, June 11th, 2026

Time: 3:30 pm

Location: Abbotsford Arts Centre (2329 Crescent Way, Abbotsford, BC)

Bakerview Centre for Learning's 2026 Graduation Ceremony will be held at Abbotsford Arts Centre. This is a seated event.

Graduates are asked to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Each graduate may invite up to four guests. The ceremony will be live‑streamed on June 11, 2026, so that family and friends who cannot attend in person can still watch the celebration. The livestream link will be posted here once it becomes available.

Cap & Gown

Cap and Gown distribution for grads will be in early June.  Students will need to connect with their teachers to arrange pick up. Graduating adults will receive an email from Bakerview office to arrange pick up.

Each package includes:

• Cap and gown
• Stole
• Tassel
• Ceremony arrival time and event information

Before picking up your Cap and Gown, you must:

• Pay your grad fee.
• Pay any outstanding school fees. Please see the office staff for invoice.
• Return all borrowed school items, such as laptops, chargers, or textbooks.
• Meet all graduation requirements, including passing all courses needed for graduation.

Grad Formal

Bakerview will be hosting a Grad Formal for the 2026 students who are crossing the stage this year.  

Date: Friday, June 12th, 2026

Time: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm (approx)

Dress Code: Formal attire

Location:  Bakerview Gym

This is a catered, ticketed event featuring a caricaturist, a photo booth, and a variety of games with opportunities to win prizes. The cost to attend is $10.00. A group grad photo will be taken toward the end of the event.

Tickets can be purchased in person or online through School Cash Online. Once purchased, tickets can be picked up at the office.

Grad Photos

Grad photos will be taken at Bakerview Centre for Learning on May 4, 5, and 6, 2026. There is a $20 sitting fee, which is paid directly to the photographer on the day of your appointment.

Retakes will take place on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
