The Abbotsford School District uses SchoolCashOnline for all school payments. With SchoolCashOnline, parents and caregivers can make secure payments online at any time using a credit card. Items such as bus passes, field trips, grad fees, and school clothing can all be paid for quickly and conveniently.

How to Get Started

To access online payments, please register for an account. Registration takes less than five minutes! Once registered, parents/guardians can:

• View payment history
• Print receipts
• Receive email notifications when new fees are added for their student

Why use SchoolCashOnline?

SchoolCashOnline will limit the amount of cash/cheques handled in schools, reduce paperwork, and result in more focused instructional time in the classroom. This new program will add improved efficiency and transparency in school fee management, and aligns with the district’s commitment to strengthening accounting practices.
