Class Times:                                      5:00 to 8:00 pm 

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Your registration will not be complete until you do the following two things:

1. Upload two documents to your registration:
   • Document 1: Student Identification
     (Birth Certificate, Passport, Driver’s License, or BCID)
   • Document 2: Proof that you live in British Columbia (BC)
     (BC Hydro Bill, Fortis BC Bill, Mortgage Document, Renters Insurance, Car Insurance, Property Tax Notice, Landlord Tax Form AND Landlord Letter)
2. Pay the registration fee of $25.00
   This fee is non-refundable.

     PLEASE NOTE:

     PERMANENT RESIDENTS – must upload front and back of you PR Card.

     INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS - must upload your visa papers.

Important Information

• You need a computer, tablet, or laptop and Wi-Fi for Night School.
• Before registering for a Night School course, please verify you have the necessary prerequisites and that you are suited for the faster pace of Night School courses.

• If you went to school in BC, you will need your Personal Education Number (PEN).

  • It is a 9-digit number.
  • If you do not have it:
    • Call your previous school, or
    • Go to the BC Government website: BC Government Website - Get your PEN .
• Adult students will be given priority for Night School class placement.

• Students under 19:

  • Fill out the form with your parent or guardian.
  • Parent/guardian must sign the Consent section.

COURSE PREREQUISITES

• To take Foundations of Math 12, Pre-Calculus 12, Chemistry 12 and Physics 12, you must finish Grade 11 in the same subject.
• Email your report card or transcript to bakerview@abbyschools.ca.
• You cannot register without proof that you completed the Grade 11 course.
• For English 12, we suggest you have English Level 7 or finish English 11 before registering.

FEES

• Registration Fee: $25 (non-refundable) for all students.
• Age Requirement:
  • If you are 16 years old before July 1, 2025, you pay the $25 registration fee.
  • If you are NOT 16 before July 1, 2025, you pay $550 per course.
• Private School / Homeschool / Non-Abbotsford School District students: $550 per course.
• Some courses may have extra fees for textbooks or workbooks. The school will contact you if this applies.
