Good afternoon Bakerview Families,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for such a great year at Bakerview.
Our students are so amazing and everyone had a really positive year. We have seen such growth and progress in so many of your students! I am very much looking forward to another great year this fall for all of our returning sutdents and, we wish all our students who are moving on from Bakerivew all the best on this next phase of their journey. Info for 2025-2026 Returning Students
This week, classroom staff will be reaching out to book intake meetings for families during our first week back with appointments starting Sept 2, 2025. If you have not been contacted by a Bakerview staff member by June 27 to book an intake meeting with classroom staff, please call the office or email bakerview@abbyschools.ca to request an appointment time.
This intake meeting is a yearly Ministry of Education and Childcare requirement for students attending Bakerview. Intakes with classroom teachers and education assistants will take place during the week of Sept 2-5, 2025
Classes for Bakerview students start on Monday Sept 8, 2025.
Night School Online Registration Open
Night school classes start Sept 2025 and run until January 2026 and are open to current secondary school students 16 years and older as well as adults who have not yet graduated or who are upgrading for post-secondary acceptance.
Courses run 5pm-8pm on Mondays and Wednesdays or 5pm-8pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Students may register for a maximum of 2 courses that run on opposite days.
This year night school will take place in classrooms at Yale Secondary.

Grads of 2025
Congratulations again on your graduation. It took dedication and hard work and you succeeded!
If you haven't already picked up the professional photo of your stage crossing, they available in the office for pick up anytime between 8am and 2:30pm during the week of June 23-27, 2025.
Your graduation diplomas will arrive at Bakerview in August and we will update our school website and Instagram when they will be available for pick up. Usually, they are available in the office during the week of August 25-29, 2025 but the Canada Post strike may impact delivery dates.
