Opportunities for Adult Learners

Abbotsford School District is the place to learn for children in Kindergarten through Grade 12. But did you know that we also have academic opportunities for adult learners? Bakerview Centre for Learning offers both daytime and night school opportunities for adults to:

  • Complete grade 12;
  • Upgrade their marks;
  • Take courses required for post-secondary education and training; and,
  • Pursue an academic interest.

 In many cases courses are provided free of charge. Courses can be taken in three formats:

  • Teacher-paced;
  • Self-paced; and,
  • Blended learning.

If you are an adult looking to re-engage with school, Bakerview might be your best option. Investigate our adult learning opportunities by visiting the school office at 32622 Marshall Road, clicking on our website at https://bakerview.abbyschools.ca/, or calling us at 604 859 7820. Teacher-paced and a selection of blended learning courses start twice per year in September or February. Self-paced and other blended learning courses start throughout the school year.

If it’s time to finally finish that high school graduation or get ready to apply for post-secondary education or training, Bakerview is a great place to accomplish your goals.
